Tom Manley didn’t know he was destined to be a builder when he
helped his father frame a garage at the ripe old age of seven.
His father insisted on doing the work himself, so together, they
completed all of the concrete, framing, electrical, and roofing
installations.
Although that early experience kindled an interest in building,
Tom chose to join the Navy, finish his degree in mechanical
engineering at Michigan State University, and embark on a
corporate career in engineering, manufacturing, and sales before
finally deciding to pursue his passion for luxury home building.
In 1995, Tom combined his sales and management expertise with
the lessons learned operating two successful businesses to
launch Manley Custom Homes, Inc.
By concentrating solely on the needs of a few select clients and
distinctive residences each year, Tom and his professional team
bring the vision of your ideal home to life!
